Palm Beach House
A simple renovation to a tired hillside house which now opens itself to the northern light whilst embracing panoramic views to the south.
Through the installation of a double height void, natural light now penetrates 2 storeys below street level on the southern side of the property where a spa structure frames the view of a headland beyond. The design provides a seamless flow of the internal spaces to a previously under-utilised protected courtyard on the northern side.
