The site naturally falls giving the opportunity to raise the apartments up from street level to give views to the city beyond. The façades step in section to give depth and to blur the delineation between site and public domain. A combination of coloured bricks articulates the form of the building tying it to it’s context in a playful abstract way.

Our approach was to anchor the building into the site using a perimeter wall that wraps around a common courtyard becoming part of the main building form.
